TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Payment is due in full in order to secure and confirm your booking.
Payment is to be made by bank deposit as per the details on your Order Confirmation.

OTHER TERMS:

Once your booking has been confirmed and your payment has been made, cancellations are not recommended as no refund will be given. Therefore, please ensure that you are happy with your cake order and booking prior to your payment.

If you have booked delivery and you are not home at the arranged time, we’ll leave your order in a safe place. Or, we will return with your cake and wait for you to arrange collection. We do not accept any liability for damages after we have left it at your delivery address.
We do not accept returns as our cakes are fresh food products. We will refund or make a replacement if something went wrong.
If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as you can. If your order is personalised, you may not be able to make changes within five days of your order date, as we may have sourced or prepared special ingredients or decorations in advance.
Sometimes we may not produce the cake exactly as requested. Please inform us if a slightly different design (some elements may differ) is acceptable.
We will use some photos of the cakes we made on our website and social media. If you do not wish for us to use your cake photo, please let us know.
